Sounds like one, pal. The out of breath comes down to forgetting to breathe as we speak. It's pretty common for stutterers. It's all very normal and can be caused by many things. At the end of the day though, there is support out there. Even this subreddit is a great place to ask for advice or even just have a good vent.
