Hey u/krista_isnt_funny, thanks for sharing that recording. Must've taken som real guts to do. :) You've definitely got a lot going on in terms of stutter patterns. Since I'm not a professional, I don't feel comfortable commenting on whether it sounds regular or not. But for what it's worth, some of it might sound like there's an added measure of "creativity" in it, by your own habit. Perhaps this even makes it easier for you to get through, dunno. Does it exhaust you to get caught up in these kinds of "clusters"? At any rate, I'd urge you to get in touch with a speech therapist (in case you aren't already seeing one of those). Bring the recording, I bet that'll be helpful! In fact, I wish more people would share like you did. A stutter can be hard to describe, but a recording really does speak for itself (so to say).
