Yes, my son has ADHD and a severe blocking stutter. Vyvanse nearly rendered him mute for the short time he was on it. We started using a whiteboard at home just to communicate with him. Right now he's on the smallest dose possible of Adderall. He still struggles with his ADHD and could use a stronger dose, but it definitely affects his stutter. It's a real balancing act.
