Completely agree. It's exhausting to talk a lot, and I'm definitely a huge introvert. But there was a time when I built my life around *not having to* talk, and that was an awful idea. Sometimes I could go days without ever having to speak. And my fluency was in the shitter. The more I resolved to practice daily, my fluency rose. And the more I challenged myself to speak during times when I didn't necessarily have to, the better it got. Some of that is the cultivation of confidence in your voice, but I also truly believe there is physical conditioning there, as well.
