I'm sorry, I hope things are well now. I had to call them at midnight in a non english speaking country which made matters worse as I know a few words of this language but he doesn't know any. It's just the thought that if things were slightly more bad then i couldn't have done anything. And my fear of an incident like this happening again fears me more.
