Honestly I've struggle with the idea of giving a preamble since High School and i never did. I've always been of the mindset of 'struggle through the stuttering, and make up for the stuttering with top tier content/product/presentation'. And it has always worked for me, whether it was in high school, university, or even previous jobs. The other thing is I don't want the sympathy or accommodation. I like feeling like I'm given an equal opportunity as everybody. It's just the frustation can be overwhelming at times.
