Anyone's stutter getting worse for no reason?

Anyone's stutter getting worse for no reason? Hi fellow stutterers! I have had it since I was 3. In a way, I am like this since my earliest recollection. Like everyone who stutters, mine ebbs and flows when I go through different periods of emotion like stress and anger. However, there are also times my speech gets worse or better for no reason. A month ago, for example, I barely stuttered. Right now, I really have grave difficulty in speaking; especially my secondary behavior of tongue clicks increased over the past two or three weeks even though I don't remember a significantly stressful or saddening experience during this period. What are your opinions about this?
