I don't necessarily know how to become successful. I'm in Australia. I got a trade and I've done 3 certificate IVs on top of my trade. I think just being born where I am Ive had an easier path to success then others. My job does require alot of communication. I maintain and repair railway signalling systems. I am probably known as the guy who stutters by the people I deal with. But I'd like to think they know when the guy with a stutter turns up things get fixed. The only thing I'd maybe say is I never stop progressing. I never reach a level and say OK this is my job forever. I keep moving up and if I can't I start working at want I need to move up.
