Starting 1st job at a call center, any advice?

Starting 1st job at a call center, any advice? I'm a pharmacist, was somehow able to get blessed with an amazing job working at a call center with good pay, no weekends, etc. I am in orientation now, and go into production in a few days. My anxiety is already through the rough. All calls are recorded, and the quality team is listening to your calls. I have a moderate stutter. My plan is to try and do a very fake voice so I don't stutter. I never stutter when singing/rapping.
