Note, I'm not on the side of blaming anyone, especially ourselves. In particular, we (stutters) have no fault AT ALL in our condition. I wasn't born with a stutter (no one does) and I didn't have any fault in developing it. You're right, people stop you, world stops you, but it is worse when you want to stop, too. That's my point: you have to keep fighting. This is not some motivational bs but a general (and also enjoyable) attitude to life. I'm saying that consciously: if I wanted to stop myself, I wouldn't be here, saying and doing things. And I have a severe stutter.
