I know what you are going through and please do not put so much pressure on yourself. When I had to defend my master's thesis, I practiced for weeks every single day until it became muscle memory. Also, reach out to talk to someone so that you can get out all the stressors that are negativity affecting you. Just know that you will get through this and you are going TO BE AWESOME!!!!
