Ok here’s a twist. Do not put your speech impediment on your resume. You’re already giving the company a reason to not hire you. Communication is probably the most essential thing in a lot of jobs. I feel your pain I also have a bad stutter - that way I look at it is we have to do the best we can and seems like you’re trying harder and harder. I would slightly change the initial mindset and go in to finding a job very aggressive and confident. Let your stutter be found by others naturally / when it happens. The fact you don’t give af on others / the speech is actually good i’d say because it’ll still allow you to focus on what’s more important. I did speech therapy for many years and personally found it not beneficial. Just my experience. Go out there and get what you want.
