Try to stutter next time you say your name. Like call customer service, or approach a cashier, and say that you've a stutter and youd like to say your name to practice. Then stutter voluntarily on your name . Donhold back. If you do this enough times, you'll stop dreading saying your name. I dis the same. I dreaded saying my name for 35 years.... but now i don't anymore.
