So the first thing to know about this is the universal truth that applies to many insecurities. Most people do not care about you or think too much about you and aren't going to judge you based on a disability. So do not hide the fact that you stutter. So that takes some of the pressure off. Stuttering is always worse if you stress about it, so look for ways to diffuse this stress. The other thing is do not give up on therapy. The techniques are not foolproof, but they are tools. Try to care less and get a little better, and the positive reinforcement cycle can work in your favor.
