There are plenty of high-communication positions that stutterers fill. There's an air traffic controller hanging around in this sub. Law enforcement. Military. Lots of waitresses and waiters. SLPs. Doctors. Lawyers. And yeah, I've even seen an EMT in here. Every stutterer is different. I'm not ready to say a job as a call dispatcher is right for me. I'd be shit at it, I don't have enough call experience. But I'm not ready to say no stutterer ever could, if that makes sense.
