I’m in my 50’s - much more fluent now but I definitely remember the heartache of stuttering badly at work. I did my best to be fluent - I spent most of my days hiding t stutter- it was so futile. Luckily my friends didn’t seem to mind but it definitely stopped me from doing many things. I even joined toastmasters. My husband says he didn’t even notice it and I had kids - worried to death I might pass it on, but haven’t. Just got to be brave and keep at it!! Hugs
