I go through this feeling everyday but the more you ignore it, the less it’ll bother you. Just keep pushing through, stuttering is apart of you now so just adapt to it. Don’t give up. Taking deep breaths in between talking should help. I used to drink and smoke but that can only help so much before it takes a toll on your body and mental.
