Hello! I’d say about the same. I have noticed it is easier to talk. Stutter is still there but I’ve been smooth in easy situations and I’ve noticed it’s even easier in high-stress situations. I’ll be on a work zoom and all of a sudden I’m saying a long sentence with no stops and I think “wow where did that come from?” I am feeling less shame as well, which is one main thing EMDR is proven to do. I’m feeling more confident and therefore am stuttering less, I believe. Again, not a cure all, but it is helpful.
