Just reading this it seems like you're overreacting. It seems like she's just trying to make friendly banter to make you feel welcomed instead of like another robot. If that meme was making fun of your stutter directly, that'd be different. That said, I may be missing the in-person context that would make her come across as actually rude/insulting.
