You will get better as you age more. Consider this as a birth defect like ADHD or autism and accept it. There is nothing to hide or act in front of others or don't feel shame for having this defect. Admire nature ,good family members will help. Talk openly about your stuttering and focus on your strengths in job. Stressing out unnecessarily for stuttering will cause other health issues in body ,we don't want that. Laugh , say fuck I don't care for this and keep moving on. If you are afraid to tell a word in tense situations ,always keep a pen and a small notebook ready or type. This releases pressure.
