There is no speech technique that could help, just be yourself. We can already speak fluently when we are alone in our room or when we speak to pets :) Our tension, anxiety, and nervousness come as a product of our personal problems. Just focus on reducing tensions in your body and work every day on your self-confidence, your life will be much better!
