Stay positive Man. I know it's easier said than done; but trust me. I like you was in special ed, I went to Boys Town in Omaha, NE twice for it, I had speech therapy for 17 years, I joined the ARMY five days after 9/11 happened and I got chaptered out on my last week of Basic because of my stutter. I had a hell of time once I got home from the ARMY. I couldn't find a job for seven months; McDonalds wouldn't even hire me. 15 years later on this very day; I'm a Warehouse Supervisor, I oversee and manage 35 people while watching over 50 million dollars of goods that are coming in and out my facility via 150 semi trucks a day (Each truck is between 30,000 and 40,000 lbs a truck). I'm married to a beautiful, lovely wife and two have beautiful daughters. I don't care about my stuttering on most days and I'll come on out and tell people I'm a professional stutterer!!! I don't think of my stutter as a disability; but for the chance of actually being able to be 100% fluent I would give up a leg or an arm. But FUCK any word with the letter J at the beginning.
