Hi sue, I know it's been 3 months which has surprised me but I finally got round to watching this video in full and despite how mild my stutter is in comparison to others, it does give more hope in fluency. I've been working in a call centre for 2 years and my stutter hasn't improved as far as I can tell. I've actually been really struggling with it recently, physically and mentally more so. Its a wonderful video and I wish it was more discussed on this site. I felt embarrassed when they spoke out in public and the one woman (I already forget her name) spoke to the pub, I just couldn't do that myself and it's amazing people with a worse stutter than mine has the confidence to do so. I am changing jobs to a less speaking required role but I will still be actively engaging with clients, just not to the same level I am at the moment.
