This is a *lot* easier said than done, but actually what helped me is forgetting about it. I've only ever achieved fluency on little occasions at a time, and then somebody's pointed it out to me and I'd go back to stuttering again. Somebody else mentioned on a previous post that changing your mindset and perspective can help with fluency. And, it'll take a long time, but learning to forget about your stutter might just drive you to fluency Again, I know it's not really a 'cure', but in the long run, I've found that it's helped :)
