Yeah, I think many stutterers have had that happen to some extent. I also think a lot of stutterers have tried getting stuck on something anyway. Must be one of those cases where something can "click" and bring you outside of your regular person and speech. Many of us probably aren't used to being _loud_ anyway? I think there's a strong tendency to reside in the quiet end of things...
