hey! i had the same issue as you, avoiding classes that had presentations and required participation. i reached out to the disability office at my university and got accommodations. i requested alternatives to presentations such as writing an essay instead or just presenting in front of the professor only (rather than the whole class). i also requested some accommodations for classes where participation is graded. i was provided with these accommodations after a process that did take some time. every university is different but if you have any questions, lmk!
