I think it would be worthwhile to simply search for “techniques” in this subreddit. There are a lot of previous posts regarding this topic with answers that can give you ideas to work with. Usually, any given post will only get a few replies, but a lot of different ideas have been suggested already by various people over the years. Even if your parents don’t believe in speech therapy, you can find a lot of traditional speech therapy techniques here in this subreddit so you can practice them yourself for free.
