Yes, my own name (Dylan) but with the technique I have learnt, it has worked wonders. I’ve been on the programme almost a year and I’ve realised it’s more situational, for me anyways, being on the spot scenarios and then rushing into something leads to no formation and fsdta (freezing, struggling, distortion, tricks & avoidance)
