Its nothing like this :D [Singing recruits completely different neural regions than speaking](http://musicianbrain.com/papers/Ozdemir_Schlaug_Singing_Speaking.pdf). Nearly everyone (possibly everyone I'm not sure if there are any studies on this) can sing fluently no matter how severe their stutter is. If only we could sing-song our way through life like a Disney princess no one would even be able to tell :D
