I did it in most of my interviews. It just became part of my answer to "tell us a little about yourself." If you're comfortable doing it, do it. The only thing I might change is to not call it a speech "problem." If you frame it as a problem, they might see it as a problem. If you just mention it as a stutter, they might just see it as info, and not much more.
