Im tired of speaking so fast and stuttering

Im tired of speaking so fast and stuttering Many times I find myself speaking really fast and stuttering. I can barely get a sentence out without stuttering. I also have a habbit of speaking and typing really fast. I get really annoyed when people do something slowly. This stutter and fast speak is just making my fear of public speaking much more worse. Sometimes my mind also runs 1000mph to the point I start blabbering to myself and shivering. I dont know what to even do anymore. Anyone has a similiar experience or can tell their story of cure?
