Okay, this is infuriating. I know it might come off as privileged of me to say this, but if you do get an offer, you may want to consider passing on the position. I do realize you have been looking for this position, but in my own opinion it’s much more important to have respect from your colleagues than a miserable work environment. Best of luck!
