Rather than brands, just find any KSM-66 extract Ashwagandha (KSM-66 is an extraction method), and any L-theanine. Make sure to also take Pipperin with your stack. For pre-mixed, I use Neowell Zen. I don’t know if they’re available outside of Asia.
