I had this experience once. Literally nothing would come out. So I just recorded my introduction on my phone and played it aloud when it was my turn to introduce myself. I dont stutter much while speaking to myself. So it worked fine. I know it's a bullshit solution as when I'm in front of them in office they will eventually get to know. It's just one of the many coping mechanisms to deal with this dreaded problem. I would suggest you to go through it and stutter it out. People will eventually get used to it and won't notice it anymore.
