I'm a girl, so I can't exactly give you a guy's perspective, but I've had 6 boyfriends through out my life and none of them have had an issue with my stutter. One guy did try to push that Neuro linguistic programming stuff on me but stopped once I made it clear I was not interested. My current boyfriend never brings it up unless I do, and only then collaborates if I say it's been acting up or noticing new trends. It sounds as if your girlfriend is wonderful and supportive and I'm really happy for you. I think most girls will not have a problem with a stutter. It might take a while for someone to get used to it and understand, especially if it is a severe stutter and if they've never encountered someone with a stutter before. I never even met another stutterer until I was 21 and in college! Even being a stutterer myself, I found myself feeling a bit uncomfortable and anxious the first time I heard someone else with a stutter speak. I thought to myself a lot of the same things we are told. It can be an adjustment if you've never experienced it before.
