I forgot the name of it but it was something like Stuttering from childhood or maybe (based on google search) childhood-onset fluency disorder. I kind of use "I stutter" and "I have a speech disorder" interchangeably. Saying I have a speech disorder vs a stutter also tends to not have people go "i hAvE a sTuTeR tOo" Based on what I know, this sounds like the same thing. Ik this may sound annoying but I would recommend seeing a psychologist (to get officially diagnosed) and/or a speech therapist. I don't know you but I know simply having a diagnosis (I waited a bit too get speech therapy) was helpful. They'll be able to help you get accommodations at school and/or work too if you would like.
