Firstly, stuttering is not *curable, and this is an accepted fact.* Secondly, sadly I can't provide you any kind of advice, because I'm still it university, but at least in my experience, even though I'm in my second year of studies, I do believe that I have gotten more confident, and can speak up in lectures, and just in general, so I would want to assume, that when you work with clients constantly, your confidence should go up, and each time you face a new one, you overthink less - which, at least, is the case for me. Again, my stuttering is somewhat mild, super rarely moderate to severe. But, in the end, in my opinion, you have reached some heights already, which is already amazing for anyone, yet we do have an extra obstacle. The only that I would question - how do you not make a living wage in finance, at least in my country, Lithuania, financial and insurance sector is the 2nd highest paying sector after IT. All in all, in my opinion, it's kind of hard to live with this, knowing that every conversation can turn out not so great, but, in my opinion, it's the positive attitude that keeps us pushing ourselves to better ourselves.
