I can’t even say my own name

I can’t even say my own name This is one of my biggest struggles and sources of embarrassment. Recently, I was at the club and a guy asked me for a cigarette, he then asked me my name and i couldn’t get it out, when I eventually did he was like “wow it took a while for u to say that” and it was so humiliating. I can’t even begin to describe how embarrassing it is. Some people are nice about it though.
