Do you feel social concerns or you're getting along with them? My humble advice is: don't practice to stop stuttering. Practice for stuttering freely. My current therapist once said to me "if you came here with stuttering like 8/10, I'm not trying to reduce it to 2/10 or something, I will never do that. İ want you to stutter exactly 8/10, but freely." I know this is hard, I'm living it myself. But this advice was gold for me. Everyone's stuttering is unique. But if you're afraid of stuttering, practice as long as you want, it may come back. Don't get me wrong though, I definitely know it's harder doing than saying.
