I feel you. Stuttering has really caused me to be selective and careful on how I interact with people when it comes to normal day to day conversations. If someone likes to speak over people, control the conversation, etc.., often I’ll just sit there quietly nodding or saying mhm a lot of the time. It’s bad enough I have to fight to get the words out, to only have someone constantly interrupt. It’s exhausting. I find extroverted people tend to do that quite frequently.
