Because I have seen cases where patients improve mobility in their limbs through rehabilitation exercises after surgery due injuries like bullent wounds or falls. I've seen stroke victims regain speech function through rehabilitation exercises. So doing movement exercises does seem to be able to affect brain regions responsible for speech and other motor movements. The cerebellum is responsible for voluntary and involuntary movement. Speech kinda falls into both. We voluntary initiate speaking but the muscle movements behind the formation of sounds are largely involuntary and automatic. And thats nice that you don't have to worry about finances. You're blessed to have that.
