I reached acceptance when improved my stutter from exteme severe to moderate/mild. Then I lost my acceptance when I relapsed into "cant say a word" state.  Now I am going to pay another another therapy so I can hopefully enjoy the "level easy" life with just a moderate/mild stutter.
