Some sentences just jam in my mouth I can speak anything litreally anything at that moment fluently other than that particular sentence/word that I thought of its so annoying I just stand silently and slowly say it, it just feels like like someone put a brick in my mouth when I try saying it, I guess it does not stop me from making friends or dating tho and sometimes I stutter while talking to someone it's very random but then I just can't say the word it's just stuck I'll have to stutter to say the word
