Hard to say. Medications can do a great deal of damage if not used properly, or if your body reacts badly. I wouldn't say you developed a stutter because stutters are usually neurological, often hereditary, and incureable. They don't just show up. But that doesn't mean you didn't suffer something serious so I would absolutely talk to your doctors about everything.
