How can I determine whether my stutter is mild or severe?

How can I determine whether my stutter is mild or severe? Is there anything I can compare it to or a test I could take? I’ve been stuttering since I was 5, and I’m now 13. My stuttering comes from my dad who has been stuttering since he was a child and I’m afraid mine won’t ever go away.
