When I applied for my job as a software developer I didn't mark it as a disability. During the interview I was just honest and told the people that I'm having problem with speaking sometimes when the situations are getting a little stressful. I had some stuttering during the interview and everyone was fine with that. They appreciated by honesty and didn't see a problem with that at all. Since I'm also consulting I'm in meetings and phone call with the costumer regularly and nobody ever had a problem with that.
