For me… the grass may look greener on the other side. It almost certainly never is. The experience is not worth the hurt from other people. The world is a cruel, vicious place. It will chew you up and spit you out. Humans will destroy you. I thought I wanted a girlfriend and to be social. That thought and urge has cost me my own apartment, my escape (Gaming), my late Father’s possessions, my best friend(my dog), and more hurt than I could ever possibly handle. Just because I thought being alone was worse. Please think long and hard about your choices as a person with a severe stutter and a “girlfriend”. My experience is my own, but maybe can save you from a hell I have entered.
