Nitpicking.. I would phrase it as "everyone has dysfluencies to some level" - but you're right - it's not the same. An SLP student asked about an exercise for their class - pretending to stutter in public to learn what it's like to be a stutterer. Asking if it was inappropriate etc. https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/8qw4yw/speechlanguage_pathology_students_fake_a_stutter/ I think the occasional dysfluency is no where near living as someone who stutters - it's the cumulative experience of it all..
