If you can read it from somewhere then I suggest you to put slashes after two or three words. I first saw this in the king's speech and I used it my presentation too (which was via Google meet). I was able to go through my presentation although in my mind I was afraid that I might stutter and I did stutter as I had about 2-3 pages to read but it went well and I got good score for it.
