Idk yeah shure you got the point it will prevent/hinder you in some aspects, same as poor eyesight would. When it comes to girls/boys in most cases, i think it's the other side effects of stutter than the stuttering itself. But the side effects like lack of confidence so on and on are faced by so many people that you can deal with them as all others do. Still even tho you may be right, it's also just as pointless /harmful not to encourage people, especially with things that you can realistically do with a stutter, some of which you mention And that stuff with foreign languages doesnt check out for me, i can usually speak english(unless i become accustomed to it with excellent fluency). When i first moved to an english speaking highschool people didnt even know i stuttered for the first year. They thought it was just a speech quirk
